Meet & Agree : We meet over a cup of coffee, and talk about the client’s vision, and the look and feel they desire for their home. We discuss all functional requirements. Getting an understanding of how they live, is vital in order to merge design and function.
Idea & Concept : Back to the drawing board! Mood boards and rough sketches are produced and discussed with the client.
Design & Create : The design scope generally includes the following:
• Technical drawings / room layouts, including detailed elevation drawings indicating all services (e.g. plumbing & electrical)
• Lighting and electrical layouts
• Ceiling and bulkhead layouts
• Floor and wall finish layouts (e.g. tiling layouts)
• Cabinetry design and details, including 3D renders
• Sanitary ware schedule
• Finishing schedule: selection and specification of all fittings and finishes (e.g. light fittings, cornice, skirting, flooring, wall finishes, etc)
• Décor: fabric & wallpaper selection, furniture selection and layouts and custom furniture design
Build & Install : Working very closely with the builder and sub-contractors, ensures all the design work gets implemented correctly.
With an eye for detail and precision, every detail is taken care of. The décor installation also gets co-ordinated and overseen to make sure the project is handled cohesively.
